IBS Gurgaon Marketing Research Club Event: Mark-Mania
IBS Gurgaon facilitates the students to showcase their skills and capabilities through various events. These events are organized by various clubs and cell of the institution.
On July 13, 2022 Marketing Research
Club of Student’s council organizes a interactive, engaging and knowledgeable
event. The core idea behind conducting this event is to provide knowledge of
marketing research with fun activities, includes participation of candidates to
get the trophies, certificates, and the treats.
This event comprises of two rounds. The
best performers of round One(Snippets), which an online quiz based on google
form, divided into groups as in round Two a group presentation is there. Time
allotted for round One is Eight minutes for Twenty five questions, while for
Round Two(Re-Certified) Seven minutes is allotted to each group for presenting
their views on the topic allotted by the Judges.
The event starts in the presence of our
Senior Director Prof. S C Sharma, Dean Prof. R.Venkataraman, Dr. Vibha Arora,
Dr. M. Shariq. The judges for the event are Dr. Nidhi Tak, Prof. Shweta
Agrawal, Prof. Umesh Kalra. The Senior Director sir addresses the candidates
with his enlighten words and gives best wishes for the event. Dean sir gives
the tips to be accurate in the upcoming qualifying quiz and wishes best for
round Two.
The event starts with the video case
study which focuses upon the various aspects of the different marketing
strategies of the international brands along with customer loyalty. Example
Nike, Under-armour, Apple, Samsung etc. The participants give their best to
answer the case-study based questions.
Round Two started with the Eleven
Groups, each group has to present the presentation on the given topics after
the preparation time of Fifteen minutes. The way of presenting, the ideas, and
imagination level of the participants are above the expected level. All
presented their views on the topic very well so Judges find hard to select the
top three.

share)
Third: Deepak,
Yashveer (Square yard dominance in real estate)
The Judges and Guests awarded the
winners with a Trophy and a certificate of appreciation. Also they provided the
valuable feedback to them after identifying the strong and weak areas of all
the participants and encourage them for their future.
This event is a success with the
efforts and smart work of the Marketing Research Club. We hope more energetic
and enthusiastic events from their side.
